Pastor Ray and Angelique Burgos are a dynamic couple with a heart for ministry and a love for their family. They are blessed with three incredible children: Adalynn, Raymond the third, and Lily.
With years of ministry experience, Pastor Ray and Angelique are dedicated to serving and impacting people's lives in a positive way. Pastor Ray is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God, bringing a wealth of spiritual knowledge and guidance to their community.
Beyond their ministry work, Pastor Ray has a deep passion for food and sports, while Angelique finds joy in relaxing at spas and indulging in shopping. These diverse interests allow them to connect with people from all walks of life and engage in meaningful conversations.
The Burgos family's devotion extends to their city, Port Jervis, as well as the tristate area. They are committed to making a difference in the lives of those around them and have a particular love for their church, River City Church. Their shared vision and dedication to their congregation and community create an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired.

Rev. Lizbeth Festa - Executive Pastor
Lizbeth is in love with Jesus and her husband is aware. She is the mother of three smart talented young adults. And when not praising Jesus, she’s showing love to friends and family or destroying them at game night!
Lizbeth loves long walks and expressing herself through fashion. Her weakness... CHOCOLATE!
Lizbeth is the hub that keeps everything moving at River City! She has served in various positions here for over 16 years, most recently serving as administrative assistant.. She now dedicates herself to the church as Executive Pastor where she supports the lead pastor and empowers her congregation and the Port Jervis community.
Rev. Nehemias and Jennifer Rodriguez - Worship Pastors
Jennifer and Nehemias Rodriguez are a dynamic couple who both hail from the inner cities of New York. Together, they are the proud parents of three beautiful children, and their family's strong bond is rooted in their shared love for worshiping God. They have dedicated themselves to spreading their faith through their worship ministry, "Jesus Movement," which has been a pillar of spiritual inspiration for several years.
Jennifer and Nehemias firmly believe in worshiping in spirit and in truth within the body of Christ, striving to create a genuine connection with God in their worship. Their passion for faith extends beyond the church walls, as they are actively involved in serving their community, exemplifying their commitment to making a positive impact. Being bilingual and multicultural, they have a unique ability to reach and connect with diverse audiences. Born and raised in the church, they have taken on the roles of worship pastors at River City Church, where they continue to inspire and uplift others through their unwavering devotion to God.
Rev. Gladys Nordlund - Connections Pastor
Gladys Nordlund is a dedicated leader with a diverse and enriching life journey. With a foundation rooted in love and commitment, Gladys embarked on a path that blended professional expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, leading to the establishment of a successful auto repair company and Pastoral role at River City Church in Port Jervis, NY.
Early on, Gladys exhibited a strong academic drive, earning a Bachelor's degree in pre-law, paralegal certification and acquiring pastoral certification through the Assemblies of God. Over the span of more than two decades, she has skillfully navigated the complexities of the auto repair domain, displaying remarkable resilience and adaptability.
In addition to her professional achievements, she cherishes a fulfilling family life, having married her high school sweetheart and raising two incredible teenage daughters. This enduring commitment to family has been a pillar of strength, paralleling her spiritual journey.
Consequently, she intertwines the role of a business partner with that of ministry partner alongside her spouse, Eric. They have seamlessly blended their marital and professional bond, translating their faith into a powerful force for good. With years of ministry experience, encompassing worship leadership, young adults ministry, and presently serving as a Connection Pastor, Gladys has cultivated a profound passion for fostering relationships and aiding others in discovering the essence of the fruit of the spirit while balancing life's demands.
Drawing from her diverse experiences, she continues to inspire and guide individuals, touching lives both within their business realm and in the spiritual community. Her journey stands as a testament to the potential of love, dedication, and faith in shaping a fulfilling and impactful life.

Meet Wes and Veronica Güity, the dynamic duo behind the creative pulse of River City Church. Joining us in the fall of 2023 as our esteemed Creative Arts Directors, they have infused our community with a fresh wave of innovation and inspiration. As a family of five, they radiate warmth, with two lovely daughters and an amazing son adding joy to their journey.
Wes and Veronica are not just passionate about creativity; they are fervent advocates of storytelling. Through their visionary leadership, River City Church's social media presence has soared to unprecedented heights, engaging our audience in meaningful narratives and impactful messages.
But their passion doesn't stop there. Rooted deeply in their faith, Wes and Veronica's love for Jesus shines brightly in all they do. Their commitment to authenticity and genuine connection resonates deeply within our community, fostering an environment of belonging and realness.
In addition to their ministry at River City Church, Wes and Veronica are entrepreneurs at heart, founding their own clothing brand, Grace & Lamb. Through this venture, they extend their passion for faith and fashion, spreading messages of grace and love.
