You and I live in a culture where we are tempted to be someone other than the unique person God has made us to be. “I want to be like…” are the words that draw us to be someone else. This enticement goes back long ago including to God’s people, Israel. They wanted a king so they could be just like all the other nations. But is that what God was calling them to. How about you? Today Pastor Tom encourages you in your call to be the unique image bearer of God that you were created to be.
